Портал 93.RU выяснил, что владелец автомобиля — замначальника районного отдела полиции Владимир Кочерга. 52-летний подполковник отвечает за работу с личным составом, в 2001 году был командирован в Чечню.
Службу в полиции Кочерга совмещает с работой тренером детско-юношеской спортивной школы. В молодости служил в ВДВ.

Russia's intelligence agency had asked Durov to turn over the data of anti-Kremlin protesters. Durov refused to do so. Telegram users are able to send files of any type up to 2GB each and access them from any device, with no limit on cloud storage, which has made downloading files more popular on the platform.
