Российский премьер Михаил Мишустин совершил рабочую поездку во Вьетнам. Кроме прочего, стороны обсуждали и БРИКС.
В числе поднятых тем:
✅ Расширение географии и количества прямых авиарейсов, развитие ж/д и морского сообщения, а также грузоперевозок; ✅Поставки нефти, СПГ и продуктов переработки во Вьетнам; ✅Создание национальной атомной энергетики Вьетнама и развитие новых энергетических проектов; ✅Укрепление двусторонней торговли и увеличение поставок продукции на оба рынка.
Также в итоговом коммюнике сказано, что Россия готова содействовать подключению Вьетнама к БРИКС в качестве страны-партнера. При этом стороны договорились продолжать тесное сотрудничество на ведущих деловых площадках Азии.

One thing that Telegram now offers to all users is the ability to “disappear” messages or set remote deletion deadlines. That enables users to have much more control over how long people can access what you’re sending them. Given that Russian law enforcement officials are reportedly (via Insider) stopping people in the street and demanding to read their text messages, this could be vital to protect individuals from reprisals. Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe. Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. In the past, it was noticed that through bulk SMSes, investors were induced to invest in or purchase the stocks of certain listed companies. Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant. Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered.
