Пекли в старину блины обычно горами – дети, родители, тёщи, золовки и прочие родственники. А в субботу и воскресенье начинали жечь чучела зимы и приветствовать весну. Сейчас мы, конечно, во многом отошли от принятого празднования, но традиция печь блины хотя бы один раз за неделю осталась.
