⏺По версии следствия, происшествие произошло 12 января. Ребенку, которого избила девушка, всего 11 месяцев. Полученные травмы были квалифицированы как тяжкий вред здоровью.
❗️Кормиловский райсуд отправил ее в СИЗО на два месяца.
⏺Ранее девушка уже привлекалась к уголовной ответственности за преступление против собственности и находилась на условном сроке.
Постановление суда еще не вступило в законную силу и его могут обжаловать.
