«Это первая реконструкция такого объема в Иркутске за последние 40 лет. Проект, несмотря на все сложности, через которые проходила страна в этот период, был реализован полностью. Это современный комплекс, построенный по мировым стандартам. Мы не будем останавливаться на достигнутом, нам нужно двигаться дальше», – подчеркнул мэр Руслан Болотов.
