Кампус станет новым форматом организации студенческого быта, досуга и образования, а также новым городским инновационным кварталом. В здании будут учебно-лабораторный корпус, межвузовский технопарк и конгресс-центр, а также общежитие и физкультурно-оздоровительный центр.
