Мечта моя! Из Вифлеемской дали
Мне донеси дыханье тех минут,
Когда еще и пастухи не знали,
Какую весть им ангелы несут.

Всё было там убого, скудно, просто:
Ночь; душный хлев; тяжелый храп быка,
В углу осел, замученный коростой,
Чесал о ясли впалые бока,

А в яслях... Нет, мечта моя, довольно:
Не искушай кощунственный язык!
Подумаю — и стыдно мне, и больно:
О чем, о чем он говорить привык!

Не мне сказать...

These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. Also in the latest update is the ability for users to create a unique @username from the Settings page, providing others with an easy way to contact them via Search or their t.me/username link without sharing their phone number. The gold standard of encryption, known as end-to-end encryption, where only the sender and person who receives the message are able to see it, is available on Telegram only when the Secret Chat function is enabled. Voice and video calls are also completely encrypted. Telegram boasts 500 million users, who share information individually and in groups in relative security. But Telegram's use as a one-way broadcast channel — which followers can join but not reply to — means content from inauthentic accounts can easily reach large, captive and eager audiences.
