С октября 2023 года Витушкин находился под стражей по обвинению по ч.2 и ч.4 ст.354.1 УК за публикацию материалов о «зимней войне» 1939-1940 годов. Расследование уголовного дела продолжается в СК.

Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. He adds: "Telegram has become my primary news source."
