قبل از هر جنگ بزرگ یا جهانی، اتفاقی می‌افتد که منجر به قتل‌عام مردم می‌شود. اتفاقی که ربطی به جنگ و کشتار آن ندارد و ناشی از قحطی و همه‌گیری بیماری‌ها هم نیست که اگر بود، نمی‌توانست جنگ شود؛ زیرا مردمان قحطی‌زده و بیمار، رمقی برای جنگیدن ندارند.
این اتفاق را هم‌اکنون نیز شاهد هستیم. کشتار سفید یا خاموش که آن‌را زیر عنوان فریبنده‌ی «واکسیناسیون» پنهان کرده‌اند و هر گاه که پروژه به پایان برسد و یا شکست بخورد، دگرباره جنگی بزرگ یا جهانی را کلید می‌زنند تا بعدها بگویند که کشتار ناشی از جنگ بود.
این‌چنین است که هر چند دهه یک‌بار صدها میلیون نفر را با واکسن می‌کُشند و سپس گناهش را به گردن قحطی و جنگ می‌نویسند تا دفعه‌ی بعد، باز هم بتوانند مردمان را بفریبند و به مسلخ واکسیناسیون بفرستند و از جمعیت زمین بکاهند. این داستان تلخ، هزاره‌هاست که تکرار می‌شود.

This ability to mix the public and the private, as well as the ability to use bots to engage with users has proved to be problematic. In early 2021, a database selling phone numbers pulled from Facebook was selling numbers for $20 per lookup. Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children. Markets continued to grapple with the economic and corporate earnings implications relating to the Russia-Ukraine conflict. “We have a ton of uncertainty right now,” said Stephanie Link, chief investment strategist and portfolio manager at Hightower Advisors. “We’re dealing with a war, we’re dealing with inflation. We don’t know what it means to earnings.” In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback. Just days after Russia invaded Ukraine, Durov wrote that Telegram was "increasingly becoming a source of unverified information," and he worried about the app being used to "incite ethnic hatred." On December 23rd, 2020, Pavel Durov posted to his channel that the company would need to start generating revenue. In early 2021, he added that any advertising on the platform would not use user data for targeting, and that it would be focused on “large one-to-many channels.” He pledged that ads would be “non-intrusive” and that most users would simply not notice any change.
