Если общая сумма компенсации со стороны государства будет сравнима хотя бы со значительной частью этой суммы (можно сейчас даже в российском эквиваленте и не обязательно в денежной форме) поставленных целей достижения суммарного коэффициента рождаемости в 2,1 ребенка можно рассчитывать.
