Уже осенью 2023 года «Норникель» начнет улавливать серу на Надеждинском заводе.
📌 С 2025 года уровень выбросов диоксида серы в Норильске уменьшится на 45% от уровня 2015 года. С полным завершением «Серной программы» сокращение выбросов станет более чем 10-кратным.

Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis." But Kliuchnikov, the Ukranian now in France, said he will use Signal or WhatsApp for sensitive conversations, but questions around privacy on Telegram do not give him pause when it comes to sharing information about the war.
