В частности, губернатор отметил запуск и старт реализации масштабной программы по реновации в ЗАТО Североморск, которая прошла в этом году. Также в Мурманске скоро будет создан кампус мирового уровня, в регионе началось масштабное жилищное строительство, под которое правительство РФ утвердило арктическую ипотеку под 2%, и активизировались работы программы по газификации.
«Несмотря на беспрецедентные санкции и все давление, оказываемое на нашу страну, приняты системные решения для развития Арктики и, конечно же, для Мурманской области. Можно сказать, что это год побед для системного и масштабного развития на десятилетия вперед», – сказал Чибис.

At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). For the past few weeks, the 10-year yield has traded between 1.72% and 2%, as traders moved into the bond for safety when Russia headlines were ugly—and out of it when headlines improved. Now, the yield is touching its pandemic-era high. If the yield breaks above that level, that could signal that it’s on a sustainable path higher. Higher long-dated bond yields make future profits less valuable—and many tech companies are valued on the basis of profits forecast for many years in the future. "And that set off kind of a battle royale for control of the platform that Durov eventually lost," said Nathalie Maréchal of the Washington advocacy group Ranking Digital Rights. One thing that Telegram now offers to all users is the ability to “disappear” messages or set remote deletion deadlines. That enables users to have much more control over how long people can access what you’re sending them. Given that Russian law enforcement officials are reportedly (via Insider) stopping people in the street and demanding to read their text messages, this could be vital to protect individuals from reprisals.
