Как сообщила вице-премьер Правительства России Виктория Абрамченко, наиболее горимыми регионами в текущем году стали Амурская область (22,6% от общей площади), Приморье (17,9%), Курганская область (14,6%), Хабаровский край (7,3%), Красноярский край (6,8%), ЕАО (6,1%) и Иркутская область (5,6%).
Абрамченко отметила, что в 2022 году охваченная лесными пожарами площадь в 1,5 раза меньше, чем годом ранее (2022 год — около 260 тыс. га, 2021 год — около 390 тыс. га). Оперативность тушения лесных пожаров в первые сутки составляет 91,1%.
