Моргенштерн уехал из России в 2021 году после того, как глава СК Бастрыкин обвинил его в продаже наркотиков. В 2022 году рэпера внесли в реестр иноагентов, а в сентябре прошлого года на него завели уголовное дело об уклонении от исполнения обязанностей иноагента.
