3 января 2025 года на территории исторического парка «Россия — Моя история» откроется крупнейшая в России выставка цифрового искусства NEW NUR NOW. Принять участие в экспозиции могут художники со всего мира, заполнив заявку на open call.
Требования к заявкам:
💛 Заявка должна содержать не менее 5 работ, выполненных при помощи любых цифровых инструментов.
💛 Все работы должны соотноситься с концепцией выставки и каким-либо образом отражать понятия «прошлое», «настоящее» и «будущее».
NUR International Media Art Festival announces an open call for participation in NEW NUR NOW, the largest digital art exhibition in Russia. It is organized by formate multimedia studio and will be held in Kazan from January 3 to 26 at the Multimedia Park.
The open call will run from December 4 to December 15, 23:59 Moscow time (UTC +3). Artists from all over the world are welcome to participate. To apply, you must submit five or more works on the theme of the exhibition: both new and finished works made with any digital tools.

In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback. The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. The regulator said it has been undertaking several campaigns to educate the investors to be vigilant while taking investment decisions based on stock tips. Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant. Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered. "And that set off kind of a battle royale for control of the platform that Durov eventually lost," said Nathalie Maréchal of the Washington advocacy group Ranking Digital Rights.
