Арбузный сорбет
Вечером нарезать арбуз (300г на две порции) на небольшие кубики и поставить в морозилку. На следующий день в блендер бросить кубики арбуза, выжать сок половины лайма (или целого, если любите покислее) и щепотку свежей мяты. Взбить все до однородной консистенции (если блендер не справляется, то можно добавить 20-30мл шампанского или содовой). Подать со свежей мятой.
Вуаля, освежающий десерт готов!

The next bit isn’t clear, but Durov reportedly claimed that his resignation, dated March 21st, was an April Fools’ prank. TechCrunch implies that it was a matter of principle, but it’s hard to be clear on the wheres, whos and whys. Similarly, on April 17th, the Moscow Times quoted Durov as saying that he quit the company after being pressured to reveal account details about Ukrainians protesting the then-president Viktor Yanukovych. Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government. "There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices. So, uh, whenever I hear about Telegram, it’s always in relation to something bad. What gives?
