Признаюсь, на тренировку в четверг поехала с температурой. Весь день чувствовала, что заболеваю, но в целом было - ок. Уже в форме, перед выходом измерила темп - 37,2. Но поехала. К ночи расклеилась. В таком состоянии уже два дня, но всеми силами "лечу" себя, ведь вечером танцы и новая хореография.
Не отписывалась. Поглощаю терафлю, лимоны, мёд - легче не становится, но свято верю: "к вечеру буду ок".
Убираюсь у Евы, неловкое движение и... ушатала копчик 😢 До искр из глаз, вопля из горла. Сидеть и лежать теперь больно.
От тренировки отписалась 💁♀️ Кажется, звоночков поберечь себя (и остальных, вообще-то) достаточно.
