Причём, Надеждину достаточно поиграть в выборы на их начально-подготовительном этапе, пособирать подписи, побыть кандидатом... и т.д., и т.п., даже не собрав их, главное, создать впечатление, что выборы настоящие, с вот такими разными участниками, а главное демократичные.
