Замминистра энергетики и ЖКХ Свердловской области арестовали по статье о получении взятки
Ленинский райсуд Екатеринбурга взял под стражу Андрея Кислицына, который с 2016 года работает в должности заместителя министра энергетики и ЖКХ региона. Он подозревается по ст. 290 УК РФ («Получение взятки»), речь идёт об особо крупном размере. Кислицын пробудет под стражей до 26 июня.
По делу замминистра на тот же срок заключён под стражу советника гендиректора свердловского филиала «ЭнергосбыТ Плюс» Павел Мякишев (в прошлом – депутат заксобрания региона от ЛДПР). Ему мера пресечения избрана по ч. ст 291.1 УК РФ (посредничество во взяточничестве).

"We're seeing really dramatic moves, and it's all really tied to Ukraine right now, and in a secondary way, in terms of interest rates," Octavio Marenzi, CEO of Opimas, told Yahoo Finance Live on Thursday. On Feb. 27, however, he admitted from his Russian-language account that "Telegram channels are increasingly becoming a source of unverified information related to Ukrainian events." Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. "The argument from Telegram is, 'You should trust us because we tell you that we're trustworthy,'" Maréchal said. "It's really in the eye of the beholder whether that's something you want to buy into."
