Уроженца Петропавловска-Камчатского подозревают в организации крупной схемы легализации мигрантов. Услугами преступной группы воспользовались более 21 тысячи человек.
Он вместе с сообщниками фиктивно ставил мигрантов на учёт, пока не установлены личности всех участников группы. Они оформляли патенты и использовали реквизиты фиктивной организации, которая не вела никакой деятельности, но указывалась в качестве принимающей стороны.
Возбуждено уголовное дело по статье об организации незаконной миграции, совершенной группой лиц.
Решается вопрос о предъявлении обвинения и избрании меры пресечения.
