Она установлена в средней школе №24, выпускником которой был сочинец.

В торжественной церемонии приняли участие родители военнослужащего, педагоги и учащиеся, представители духовенства и казачества.

Ветеран боевых действий на Северном Кавказе Андрей Михалев был тяжело контужен в январе 2023 года, выполняя боевую задачу в зоне СВО на Херсонском направлении. От последствий контузии он скончался.

The channel appears to be part of the broader information war that has developed following Russia's invasion of Ukraine. The Kremlin has paid Russian TikTok influencers to push propaganda, according to a Vice News investigation, while ProPublica found that fake Russian fact check videos had been viewed over a million times on Telegram.
