Очередное доказательство того, что рязанские чиновники плевать хотели на благополучие горожан. Даже спилить деревья они нормально не могут, что уж тут говорить о более масштабных проблемах.
А пока ситуация не разрешится, можно разжечь костер и погреться. Настоящий каменный век от рязанских властей.
