Дорогие друзья, сегодня я посетил женский изолятор с Уполномоченным по правам предпринимателей Минеевой Татьяной, начальником ГУФСИН России по Москве генерал-майором Сергеем Морозом и представителем Общественного совета ГУФСИН, Советником председателя ОНК Ильей Высотским.
🔶Провели прием содержащихся в изоляторе лиц. После этого прошли в камеры с девушками, которые содержатся с грудными детьми, вручили им подарки к Новому Году, поздравили с праздником.
◼Женский изолятор всегда вызывает во мне смешанные чувства. Волнение и переживание за девушек, особенно тех, кто попал случайно, либо занимался предпринимательской деятельностью, а получил пресловутую статью 159 (мошенничество), ну и 228 (наркотики), много тех, кто по глупости закопал или раскопал «закладку» с зельем. Искренне их жаль. Сроки за эти составы преступлений немалые.
Но при этом есть, конечно, большое количество тех, кого надо оградить от общества… Сложная тюрьма… Сложные чувства…

On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. Groups are also not fully encrypted, end-to-end. This includes private groups. Private groups cannot be seen by other Telegram users, but Telegram itself can see the groups and all of the communications that you have in them. All of the same risks and warnings about channels can be applied to groups. Overall, extreme levels of fear in the market seems to have morphed into something more resembling concern.
