Каждый день созванивались с родственниками, помогали собирать документы, улаживать формальности. Параллельно вели переговоры с украинской стороной, добиваясь решения гуманитарного вопроса, были на связи с врио Губернатора Курской области Александром Евсеевичем Хинштейном", говорится в сообщении.
