В основном люди интересновались волонтерской деятельностью, участием в ликвидации ЧС, организацией централизованного прибытия волонтерских групп, работой волонтерского штаба.
Звонки поступали от жителей Краснодарского края (г. Краснодар, с. Синегорье, с. Витязево, г. Анапа), а также из Московской и Тульской областей.
