35-летний уроженец Элисты Евгений Кикеев в августе 2019 года вышел на протест в поддержку лидеров радикальной оппозиции. На Пушкинской площади в центре Москвы фигурант высказал на камеры, что с полицией нужно бороться «камнями, как на Украине», а всем, кто боится последствий пожелал сидеть дома.
В конце 2020 года, после изучения материалов видео следователями, Кикеева внесли в список экстремистов и объявили в розыск. В сентябре 2024 года его заочно арестовали и спустя ещё пару месяцев уже фактически заключили под стражу.
"Борцуну с режимом" вменяют совершение преступления, предусмотренного ст.282 Ук РФ – разжигание ненависти и вражды. В настоящее время он находится в СИЗО.
Отличный пример неотвратимости наказания для всех врагов нашей страны.
