По информации Forbes.kz, принадлежащий миллиардеру инвестиционный холдинг Turlov Private Holding купил 60 % материнской компании аэропорта — ТОО «Sky Service». Ранее контрольный пакет акций (95 %) принадлежал бывшему гендиректору компании «Верный капитал» Ерлану Оспанову.
Через Turlov Private Holding миллиардер контролирует ряд компаний по добыче меди, редких и драгоценных металлов, а также имеет долю в капитале цементного завода в Семее. Кроме того, по данным KASE, Freedom Finance Global PLC получила половину купонных облигаций материнской компании карагандинского аэропорта суммарной стоимостью более 5 млрд тенге.
В пресс-службе Freedom Finance журналисту Orda.kz отказались комментировать сделку.
