В день можно снять до 5 тысяч рублей, а в месяц — до 30 тысяч. При покупке перед оплатой сообщите кассиру о желании снять деньги. Сумму добавят в чек и при оплате выдадут наличные из кассы.

The perpetrators use various names to carry out the investment scams. They may also impersonate or clone licensed capital market intermediaries by using the names, logos, credentials, websites and other details of the legitimate entities to promote the illegal schemes. Individual messages can be fully encrypted. But the user has to turn on that function. It's not automatic, as it is on Signal and WhatsApp. In December 2021, Sebi officials had conducted a search and seizure operation at the premises of certain persons carrying out similar manipulative activities through Telegram channels. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores.
