В отношении него возбуждено уголовное дело по части 2 статьи 228 УК РФ, предусматривающей до 10 лет лишения свободы.

Ему назначена подписка о невыезде.

The video, which has amassed almost 30,000 views, offered a "how-to" spot misinformation.
