Верховный Суд РФ в Определении от 11.02.2025 №307-ЭС24-18794 по делу №А66-9932/2023 напоминает, что в рамках спора о привлечении к субсидиарной ответственности по обязательствам ликвидированного в административном порядке должника при непредставлении ответчиком отзыва по причинам, признанным неуважительными, или явной неполноты возражений относительно предъявленных требований, суд обязан перераспределить бремя доказывания в соответствии с правовой позицией, изложенной в Постановлении КС РФ от 07.02.2023 №6-П.

The War on Fakes channel has repeatedly attempted to push conspiracies that footage from Ukraine is somehow being falsified. One post on the channel from February 24 claimed without evidence that a widely viewed photo of a Ukrainian woman injured in an airstrike in the city of Chuhuiv was doctored and that the woman was seen in a different photo days later without injuries. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. The fake Zelenskiy account reached 20,000 followers on Telegram before it was shut down, a remedial action that experts say is all too rare. And indeed, volatility has been a hallmark of the market environment so far in 2022, with the S&P 500 still down more than 10% for the year-to-date after first sliding into a correction last month. The CBOE Volatility Index, or VIX, has held at a lofty level of more than 30. The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. Meanwhile, a completely redesigned attachment menu appears when sending multiple photos or vides. Users can tap "X selected" (X being the number of items) at the top of the panel to preview how the album will look in the chat when it's sent, as well as rearrange or remove selected media.
