سیف‌الدین باخرزی (Bākharzi)، Сайфуддини Бохарзӣ معروف به شیخ‌العالَم، از صوفیان و شاعران قرن هفتم است که در سال ۵۸۶ ق. در باخرزِ خراسانِ ایران زاده و در سال ۶۵۹ ق. در فتح‌آبادِ بخارا درگذشته است.
می‌گویند شخصی که احتمالاً خواجه نصیرالدین توسی بوده، این دو بیت را برای او فرستاده:
هله ای سیفِ دینِ «باخرزی» بالله ار تو به ارزنی ارزی کِی تو با آدمی توانی زیست؟ چون تو را گفته‌اند «با خر» زی!
و باخرزی در جواب نوشته:
برو ای دوست طاعتی می‌کن تا کی آخر تو معصیت ورزی؟ آخرِ عمر با تو خواهم زیست چون مرا گفته‌اند با «خر» زی!

A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. Unlike Silicon Valley giants such as Facebook and Twitter, which run very public anti-disinformation programs, Brooking said: "Telegram is famously lax or absent in its content moderation policy."
