Теперь иностранцы смогут получить РВП вне квоты при браке с гражданином РФ только после трех лет супружества или наличия общего ребенка. Ранее таких ограничений не было.
Упрощенный порядок получения ВНЖ тоже изменился.
Иностранец сможет претендовать на ВНЖ, если ребенок рожден или усыновлен в официальном браке с гражданином РФ.
Если брака нет, потребуется судебное подтверждение совместного проживания родителей в России не менее трех лет и доказательства участия в содержании и воспитании ребенка.
