Он пытается убедить граждан в том, что причина забастовки водителей общественного транспорта с самого раннего утра — отсутствие теневого заработка.
Однако недавно водители сообщили, что забастовка основана исключительно на пустых обещаниях мэрии Еревана о повышении зарплат.

So, uh, whenever I hear about Telegram, it’s always in relation to something bad. What gives?
