Трудовой договор расторгнут на основании ряда пунктов служебного контракта, связанных с допуском к гостайне.

Те, кто в любой форме нарушает эти ограничения, работать в Правительстве области не должны. Прошу это учесть всех, кто хочет остаться в нашей команде." - прокомментировал губернатор Николай Любимов

In 2016, Forbes’ Michael Solomon described Pavel Durov (pictured, below) as the “Mark Zuckerberg of Russia.” "He has to start being more proactive and to find a real solution to this situation, not stay in standby without interfering. It's a very irresponsible position from the owner of Telegram," she said. This provided opportunity to their linked entities to offload their shares at higher prices and make significant profits at the cost of unsuspecting retail investors.
