1️⃣ Рядом с ЖК "Посейдония" предлагают 1,6 га с начальной ценой 50,08 млн рублей.
2️⃣ Ниже Феодосийской и восточнее ЖК "Лето" на торги выставлен участок площадью 0,3 га с начальной ценой 11,75 млн рублей под коммерцию.
3️⃣ Пятачок земли под коммерцию, где сейчас ставят автомобили жители домов Сочинская 3 и 5 площадью 0,12 га предлагается с начальной ценой лота 5,39 млн рублей.
