Если усилят вербовку, от подписания контракта можно будет и дальше просто отказываться без последствий. Задание на призыв на срочную службу мы узнаем ближе к 1 октября. Будет ли новая мобилизация — не ясно.

There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. In February 2014, the Ukrainian people ousted pro-Russian president Viktor Yanukovych, prompting Russia to invade and annex the Crimean peninsula. By the start of April, Pavel Durov had given his notice, with TechCrunch saying at the time that the CEO had resisted pressure to suppress pages criticizing the Russian government.
