Малыш появился на свет в 9.20, естественные родв. Его вес 3900 граммов, рост 56 см. Илья и его мама - 38-летняя Екатерина из Гатчины - чувствуют себя хорошо. У женщины это уже второй сын - старшему Егору 14 лет.

Медицинская бригада героев - врач акушер-гинеколог Виктория Сергеевна Дудко, акушерка Тамара Александровна Володькина, неонатолог Александра Евгеньевна Ивашина. Операционная медицинская сестра Людмила Алексеевна Петрова, санитар - Арсений Юрьевич Иренков.
