Вунгтау — курортный и нефтяной город во Вьетнаме.

Нефтяной, потому что тут база русско-вьетнамской нефтедобывающей компании «Вьетсовпетро». Про них позже, это отдельный угар.
Курортный, потому что тут море, набережные, куча морепродуктов вкусных и очень даже тихо-спокойно в сравнении с Сайгоном.

А ещё тут есть самая большая в Азии статуя Иисуса Христа. Она всего на 6 метров ниже своего аналога в Рио.
Вот к ней я сегодня на рассвете и сгонял. Прошел 900 ступеней и забрался к сыну божьему буквально за пазуху.

False news often spreads via public groups, or chats, with potentially fatal effects. Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government. Groups are also not fully encrypted, end-to-end. This includes private groups. Private groups cannot be seen by other Telegram users, but Telegram itself can see the groups and all of the communications that you have in them. All of the same risks and warnings about channels can be applied to groups.
