Выполняем ремонт квартир для сотрудников районных комбинатов благоустройства. Всего в очереди на предоставление жилья сейчас 24 человека. Не менее половины получат его уже до конца этого года, а оставшиеся – в следующем году. Лично планирую вручить им ключи.
Эти квартиры сначала являются служебным жильем, потом их можно будет приватизировать. В ближайшее время определим порядок приоритетности среди сотрудников комбината: те, кто долгое время занимая вакансии высоко зарекомендовал себя, должны получать квартиры в первую очередь.
Отдельно будем прорабатывать вопрос предоставления жилья для тех, кто приезжает работать «на сезон». В случае краткосрочного заселения изучим возможность предоставления жилых помещений по типу общежитий.
