Теперь пользователи соцсетей требуют отправить чиновника в отставку за то, что он мог быть пьян, и за то, что «министр неподобающе представляет Россию и Туву за пределами государства».
Сам Монгуш уже записал видео с извинениями. Он сказал, что на той вечеринке был во время своего отпуска и «позволил себе расслабиться».
