В Москве при поддержке Президентского фонда культурных инициатив прошел концерт-открытие Третьего фестиваля «Подвиг ратный — подвиг духовный». Это своеобразное музыкальное размышление об истории Отечества и его будущем. Со сцены звучала русская духовная музыка, военно-патриотические произведения и сочинения современных композиторов Донбасса. В музыкальном вечере приняли участие оркестр Военно-Морского Флота имени Римского-Корсакова, Московский Синодальный хор и солисты-лауреаты международных конкурсов.

Фестиваль под руководством Алексея Пузакова (интервью с ним — в посте) проводится с 2022 года в городах–героях и городах воинской славы России и Белоруссии. В 2025-м смотр посвящен 80-летию Великой Победы, а также Году защитника Отечества.

In the United States, Telegram's lower public profile has helped it mostly avoid high level scrutiny from Congress, but it has not gone unnoticed. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. Following this, Sebi, in an order passed in January 2022, established that the administrators of a Telegram channel having a large subscriber base enticed the subscribers to act upon recommendations that were circulated by those administrators on the channel, leading to significant price and volume impact in various scrips. You may recall that, back when Facebook started changing WhatsApp’s terms of service, a number of news outlets reported on, and even recommended, switching to Telegram. Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp. Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities.
