"Горный институт" стал третьей станцией метро на Васильевском острове и первой в Василеостровском районе на Лахтинско-Правобережной линии. Подземный вестибюль расположен на пересечении Большого проспекта В.О. и Косой линии. С поверхности к кассовому залу ведут два входных павильона и пешеходная галерея.

Станция находится на глубине 70 метров. Четыре эскалатора высотой подъема 58,6 м способны обслуживать до 100 тысяч пассажиров в день. Для маломобильных граждан предусмотрены три лифта.

These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. The channel appears to be part of the broader information war that has developed following Russia's invasion of Ukraine. The Kremlin has paid Russian TikTok influencers to push propaganda, according to a Vice News investigation, while ProPublica found that fake Russian fact check videos had been viewed over a million times on Telegram. Just days after Russia invaded Ukraine, Durov wrote that Telegram was "increasingly becoming a source of unverified information," and he worried about the app being used to "incite ethnic hatred." What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm.
