Задержанный Дмитрий Фролов уже сидел за подобное мошенничество. В 2013 году он освободился и через время вновь взялся за старое. За последние несколько лет 44-летний альфонс соблазнил 24 состоятельные девушки из Петербурга, Москвы, Воронежа, Казани других городов и областей. Каждую из них он под разными предлогами разводил на деньги, предлагая "скинуться на общее светлое будущее". Получая заветные деньги, Фролов уходил в закат и искал новую жертву.
Задержали нечестивого ловеласа в марте 2023 года. На данный момент расследование его похождений завершено и вскоре начнется судебный процесс.

Update March 8, 2022: EFF has clarified that Channels and Groups are not fully encrypted, end-to-end, updated our post to link to Telegram’s FAQ for Cloud and Secret chats, updated to clarify that auto-delete is available for group and channel admins, and added some additional links. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. "The argument from Telegram is, 'You should trust us because we tell you that we're trustworthy,'" Maréchal said. "It's really in the eye of the beholder whether that's something you want to buy into."
