Глава региона отметил, что каналы, которые защищают интересы России и Чеченской республики, интересы человека и свободу слова, на Западе сразу блокируют.
«Все американские сайты и каналы надо заблокировать. Свои каналы и сайты должны быть», — подчеркнул Кадыров.
Накануне депутат Госдумы Хинштейн заявил, что до конца недели скорость загрузки роликов на видеохостинге может снизиться до 40%, а к концу следующей — уже до 70%.
