‼️Судебный процесс по делу бывшего замглавы администрации Пскова Александра Грацкого стартовал сегодня в Псковском городском суде

Напомним, в ходе расследования установлено, что обвиняемый, действуя в интересах представителей юридических лиц, в 2022 и 2023 годах получил от них незаконное вознаграждение в виде автомобиля, денежных средств, наручных часов в общем размере порядка 6 млн рублей за совершение действий по своевременному и беспрепятственному принятию работ и их оплате в рамках заключенных муниципальных контрактов, а также аналогичные действия в будущем.

Александру Грацкому предъявлено обвинение по части 2, пункту "в" части 5, части 6 статьи 290 УК РФ.
