⚖️ Сегодня Волжский районный #суд Самарской области ВЫНЕС РЕШЕНИЕ, которым ПОЛНОСТЬЮ УДОВЛЕТВОРИЛ исковое заявление прокуратуры #Самарской области об истребовании из НЕЗАКОННОГО владения Макридиным земельных участков. Думаю, что ЭТО обоснованное, мотивированное и СПРАВЕДЛИВОЕРЕШЕНИЕ СУДА.
Напомню историю: сначала большой участок земли, в размере 9 Га, Макридин и Ко незаконно «увели» у муниципалитета, а затем Макридин, из состава этой земли, КУПИЛ СЕБЕ 20 соток земли АЖ за 5445 руб.
