практически случайно обнаружили обзорную площадку в здании Эльбской филармонии с открывающимся оттуда видом на город 360°. сама филармония — одно из самых интересных и самых высоких сооружений в городе, построенных на крыше бывшего торгового склада (фото 2, источник)

смотровая площадка находится как раз между старой крышей и "надстройкой", подняться наверх можно на самом большом в европе эскалаторе длиной 82 метра

как попасть внутрь:
— взять бесплатный билет в кассе день в день при наличии мест (так сделали мы)
— забронировать билеты заранее (стоимость - 2€)
— прийти на индивидуальную или групповую экскурсию
— посетить смотровую площадку перед концертом
— заселиться в отель и прийти на ужин
