اعتراض بازنشستگان فرهنگی ۱۴۰۰ به عدم اجرای متناسب‌سازی حقوق

تجمع بازنشستگان فرهنگی ۱۴۰۰ روز ۳۰ آبان‌ماه۱۴۰۳ در برابر مجلس برگزار شد. این تجمع در اعتراض به عدم اجرای دستورالعمل اجرایی متناسب‌سازی حقوق بازنشستگان سال ۱۴۰۰،مبنی بر اعمال ۹۰ درصد از فوق‌العاده رتبه‌بندی در حقوق بازنشستگی صورت گرفت.

فرهنگیان بازنشسته از ۳۱شهریور تا ۳۰بهمن ۱۴۰۰، هم‌زمان مشمول دو قانون بودند:
- قانون متناسب‌سازی حقوق بازنشستگان موضوع ماده ۳۰ قانون برنامه ششم توسعه و تصویب‌نامه شماره ۷۴۲۶۴/ت۵۸۰۳۶ مورخ ۱۳۹۹/۰۷/۰۱ هیئت وزیران که تا تاریخ ۳۰ بهمن ۱۴۰۰ معتبر بود.

- قانون رتبه‌بندی معلمان که اجرای آن از ۳۱ شهریور ۱۴۰۰ آغاز شد.

بر اساس نظریه حقوقی اداره تطبیق قوانین مجلس (شماره ۳۴۸۹۵ مورخ ۶ مرداد ۱۴۰۳)، مبنای محاسبه متناسب‌سازی حقوق بازنشستگان باید حداقل ۹۰ درصد از فوق‌العاده رتبه‌بندی مندرج در آخرین حکم شاغلی باشد که از ۳۱ شهریور ۱۴۰۰ لازم‌الاجرا است. با این حال، پس از گذشت نزدیک به ۴۰ ماه از زمان بازنشستگی این معلمان، هنوز حقوق بازنشستگی آنان اصلاح نشده است.

Elsewhere, version 8.6 of Telegram integrates the in-app camera option into the gallery, while a new navigation bar gives quick access to photos, files, location sharing, and more.
