По сути, министры, банк и их гости вживую изучали заявки на финансирование от главных вузов страны. Это не только очень хороший способ для любого университета заявить о себе не как о сугубо академической организации, но и возможность предложить рынку реально работающие продукты и получить деньги на их развитие. И одновременно получить дополнительный пяр-инструмент. Судя по числу ректоров в зале — вузам интересно.
