3 июня агентство RAEX опубликовало четырнадцатый ежегодный рейтинг лучших вузов России RAEX-100, входящий в семейство «Три миссии университета». НИЯУ МИФИ занял 5 место среди лучших российских университетов.
В рейтинг вошли 100 университетов из 30 регионов России. Университеты оценивались по 3-м направлениям: условия для получения качественного образования; уровень востребованности выпускников работодателями; уровень научно-исследовательской деятельности и др. (всего 44 показателя). Использовались статистические показатели, а также результаты опросов свыше 150 тыс. респондентов: представителей академических и научных кругов, студентов и выпускников, работодателей.

At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers. "Russians are really disconnected from the reality of what happening to their country," Andrey said. "So Telegram has become essential for understanding what's going on to the Russian-speaking world." On Feb. 27, however, he admitted from his Russian-language account that "Telegram channels are increasingly becoming a source of unverified information related to Ukrainian events." In 2014, Pavel Durov fled the country after allies of the Kremlin took control of the social networking site most know just as VK. Russia's intelligence agency had asked Durov to turn over the data of anti-Kremlin protesters. Durov refused to do so.
